### A&H Strategic Planning
The [**A&H Strategic Planning Process**](https://artsandhumanities.fas.harvard.edu/ah-strategic-planning-process "A&H Strategic Planning Process") is a multi-tiered, multi-year initiative to assess the structure of the Division of Arts & Humanities and make sure our departmental organization is best equipped to support the intellectual interets and administrative needs of our community.
### SHARP
The [**Summer Humanities and Arts Research Program (SHARP)**](https://uraf.harvard.edu/uraf-opportunities/sharp) is a 10-week immersive summer program that aims to build community and stimulate creativity among a small cohort of Harvard undergraduate researchers in the humanities and arts.
### Taliesin Prize
The [**Taliesin Prize for Distinction in the Art of Learning**](https://artsandhumanities.fas.harvard.edu/taliesin-prize) is awarded to three graduating seniors who best exhibit a spirit of intellectual adventure in their curricular paths as Harvard undergraduates. The Taliesin Prize takes a holistic look at a student’s curricular choices.
### The Public Culture Project
The [**Public Culture Project**](https://artsandhumanities.fas.harvard.edu/public-culture-project) is an initiative consisting of 12 public conversations, bringing prominent leaders from government, business, technology, religion, medicine and media into conversation with thinkers from the Arts and Humanities.
### Student Advisory Board
The [**Student Advisory Board**](https://artsandhumanities.fas.harvard.edu/student-advisory-board "Student Advisory Board") serves as a space for thoughtful, engaged students to share feedback, raise concerns, and offer ideas directly to the Dean.
### Faculty Advisory Council
The [**Faculty Advisory Council**](https://artsandhumanities.fas.harvard.edu/faculty-advisory-council)serves as a key forum for dialogue and collaboration between the Dean and faculty across the division. The Council provides perspective on academic priorities, divisional initiatives, and issues that affect the intellectual and creative life of the community.
