# Student Organization Center at Hilles (SOCH)

The SOCH functions as the home for student organizations and student lead initiatives at Harvard College. The 50,000 sq ft space, located at the Quad, is the former home of Radcliffe library, and now lends itself to student study space, student organization events, an undergraduate recording studio, a cinema, and a Mignone Center for Career Success satellite office which hosts career fairs throughout the academic year.

From social events and conferences to community service initiatives, it plays a pivotal role in enhancing the student experience by fostering a sense of community and providing opportunities for personal and professional development.

### What types of workshops does Student Engagement offer? expand\_more

The Office of Student Engagement offers a variety of workshops tailored towards our student organizations and student leaders. Past trainings have included the Annual Student Leadership Forum, Transitioning Leadership Workshops, Advisor Workshops, New Student Organization Trainings, and more. ### How do student organizations register an event through SOCO? expand\_more

If you are a listed officer, you can complete event registration through SOCO. To register, offices should select the “Events” tab on the SOCO homepage. Students will then be guided to the event registration form. You should read all instructions carefully and fill out all required information. Please note that the form is not submitted until you hit “Submit” on the very last page of event registration form.
