Counseling and Mental Health Services supports all students who are enrolled at Harvard on any issue that they may be facing. Meetings with a counselor (psychologist, social worker, licensed mental health clinician, or psychiatrist) are free and confidential. Additionally, peer groups associated with Counseling and Mental Health Services celebrate and support each other in every endeavor, and offer valuable perspectives on the challenges Harvard undergraduates face. CAMHS offers groups and workshops year-round to support students' wellbeing. Harvard students who have mental health concerns, whether they are in immediate distress or not, on-campus or elsewhere, can call the CAMHS Cares  24/7 support line at (617) 495 2042. - #### Peer Counseling

Harvard undergraduates can access confidential peer counseling through six distinct student organizations, staffed by counselors trained to support their fellow students. Five of the groups – Contact, ECHO, Indigo, Response and Room 13 – offer 1:1 support through drop-in and phone line hours, and HUGPT additionally offers a peer group therapy model. Counselors are trained to create a safe, non-judgmental space where students can openly share concerns, whether they be academic, personal or professional, or about relationships, identity, social topics, or other issues. For more information on each group, dates/times and contact information, check out https://calendar.college.harvard.edu/camhs. - #### Harvard University Dining Services

Harvard University Dining Services' (HUDS) menu is grounded in the recommendations of the Harvard School of Public Health’s Department of Nutrition, providing expansive choices for any dietary pattern.
