Cambridge Queen's Head Event Space

The Cambridge Queen's Head (CQH) was founded in 2007 as a dedicated social space for the undergraduate community. The CQH retains a focus on Harvard College students, as a reservable event space. The Dean of Students Office oversees the space, and prioritizes events that benefit Harvard College students. Event rental fees are used to cover operating costs first, and programming for College students secondarily.
The CQH is located in the heart of the Harvard College campus, adjacent to the Yard and the Science Center. The space is in the lower level of Memorial Hall, just below Annenberg Dining Hall and Sanders Theatre. With a lounge-like atmosphere, it's convenient for social gatherings, office parties, receptions, and retreats. The event space regularly hosts Orientation, Visitas, Family Weekend, and Commencement events.
Event hosts may arrange food deliveries and catering services for guests. While alcoholic beverages may be served, if the event is open to Harvard College students or the public, alcohol is permitted only with licensed bartenders to serve and ensure compliance with Massachusetts laws. Rental Rates
Rates are for events up to 4 hours in length*. Events over 4 hours may have additional costs for event staff and custodial services.
