All students are required to take Contemporary Issues in Archaeology (A2251) and Archaeological Theory (A2070) during the fall of their G1 or G2 years (these two courses alternate every fall). Professionalization in Archaeology (A3070) and Pedagogy in Anthropology (A3636) should be taken in the spring of the G2 year.
Students will take the General Exam in January prior to their G2 spring semester. The Qualifying Paper is due in May of the G2 year.
