The peer-to-peer model empowers students to collaborate, make meaningful connections, and develop leadership within their communities.

The peer-to-peer model is one way staff within Office of Culture & Community advance the work of fostering belonging at Harvard College. We believe this peer-to-peer model empowers our student interns by offering them professional development skills, opportunities for cross-collaboration, and meaningful connections among their community of peers. The benefit for our larger student community is to have the opportunity to engage in critical discussions, and meaningful connections with their peers.
