Please be advised that the Term of Use of the Guest House has changed and will be effective as of March 1, 2025. You can find the full version through the QR code below.
1. Restrictions on resident family members\ - The scope of a resident family is limited to the lineal family members. \ - When family members move in, they’re required to submit a TB test result.
\ 2. Period of residence\ - Residents may stay for up to three years within the duration of their service period.
\ 3. Access card\ - One access card is to be issued per resident.\ - When an access card is lost, 5,000 won shall be charged in cash and reissued, and such expenses shall not be returned upon return of the card.
\ 4. Obligations of residents\ - Accommodation should not be provided to non-registered person.
\ 5. Move-in\ - Tenants must relocate their residence to the appropriate guest house within 14 days of moving in.
\ 6. Compulsory eviction\ - Immediate move-out may be required once the eligibility is not effective due to resignation or retirement, or other reasons.
