Career Development Team

The Career Development Team of the Office of Student Affairs provides opportunities for students to explore various career paths and offers training to prepare them for the job application process. To ensure students’ smooth transition to post-graduation life, the Team organizes student meetings with industry professionals and programs to help students gain hands-on experience in the work field.

The Career Development Team helps with goal-setting by consistently providing career-related resources, special lectures, and career counseling. Programs offered by the team include consultation regarding job application processes such as CV coaching and mock interviews to assist students in improving their capabilities for employment. The team provides lecture series that open opportunities for students to network with alumni and other industry professionals regarding career paths and life after college. The team also helps students explore career interests and prepare for the job application process via credit-based internship opportunities and campus recruitment events hosted by corporations.

In response to students’ high demand to become government officials, the Career Development Team runs a training program for high-level open competitive exams by utilizing its alumni.

* The Career Lounge

• The Career Lounge is open to all students who wish to study or hold small meetings regarding career development.\ Please abide by the following guidelines when using the facilities.

• Study cubicles are available on a first-come-first-served basis. (No reservations needed)

• Keep your mask on at all times.
• No food or drinks allowed.
• No loud talking or music.

Career Development Center at College and Graduate School

Some colleges and graduate schools also operate Career Development Center for their current students. Students can get help with finding jobs and developing their career related to his/her major.

Yonsei Enterprise\ Support Foundation

Yonsei Enterprise Support Foundation is supporting Yonsei students who are interested in venture enterprises and start-ups. Preliminary entrepreneurs with excellent technology and original ideas can make their dream come true by providing customized support for each start-up stage.

At Yonsei Enterprise Support Foundation, they provide consultation on ideas for start-ups as well as commercialization strategies.
