Application Procedure
International faculty can apply for on-campus housing by sending an official letter(공문) via Administration Information System to Housing Office through their affiliated department office at Yonsei.
Please double-check with the Housing Office at Sinchon(생활관 행정팀) for a vacancy before applying (+82-2-2123-3602).
▶ SK-Global House
SK Global House opened in February 2010 providing a home-away-from home with international service standards. It provides 24-hour front desk operations and security system, which ensure convenient living and security. Guests can enjoy various facilities and services within a global community network.

Application Procedure
International faculty can apply for on-campus housing by sending an official letter(공문) via Administration Information System to Housing Office through their affiliated department office at Yonsei. Please double check with the Housing Office at Songdo(국제캠퍼스 종합행정센터 기숙사 운영팀) for vacancy and procedures before applying.
▶ Songdo Green Home Rental Apartment
General Information
- Eligibility : Yonsei Faculty
- Size: 130.10㎡
- Facilities: 4 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms
- Location: Low energy eco-friendly homes. 2 homes on the 2nd floor and 2 homes on the 3rd floor, 1 home on the 4th floor
- Equipped with TV, refrigerator, washer machine, bed, desk, sofa
Rental Fees & Conditions
- Estimated KRW 7,200,000 /semester\ (※ Exact amount announced each semester)
- Deposit: KRW 1,200,000
- All fees and deposits are to be paid up-front each semester.
- Utilities (electricity, heating, water) are not included in the rental cost and must be paid separately.
- Facility deposit will be returned after the contract has ended.
▶ Songdo Dormitory Faculty Room
General Information
- Eligibility : Yonsei Faculty
- Room size: 105.45㎡~161.65㎡
- Max. number of residents: 3 - 4 people (each room has a different capacity)
- Equipped with TV, refrigerator, washer machine, microwave, bed, desk
Rental Fees & Conditions
- Estimated KRW 4,200,000 - 4,800,000 per semester\ (※ Exact amount announced each semester)
- Dormitory fees include utility fees (electricity, heating, water)
- Dormitory fee is based on a 16 week (regular semester) standard. If one stays for 16 weeks, break time (8 weeks) will be provided for free of charge.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Tenants are responsible for any damages to the room, appliances, or furniture.
