- Faculty (Tenured, Non-Tenured, Instructor) and Staff of Sinchon/Songdo (Int’l)/Mirae Campus
- Research Professor, Researcher and Staff of the University - Industry Foundation

### Type of Certificate

- Certificate of : Employment, Career, Retirement, Receipt for Wage & Salary Income Taxes, and Withholding Tax

## How to Request

### Location

- Sinchon Campus

  - University Service Center in Baegyangnuri (B 134, Lee Moo-Hun Hall, The Commons)

### How to Request

- A) Yourself : Bring your official ID card.
- B) Proxy : Bring a Letter of Attorney and your official ID card along with your applicant’s ID card.

  - Approved forms of official ID : Resident’s Card, Driver’s License, Passport
