Eligibility

Current/Enrolled/Graduated Students of Sinchon/Songdo (Int’l)/Mirae Campus

Type of Certificate

Certificate of : Attendance, Leave of Absence, Academic Transcript, (Expected) Graduation, (Course Work ) Completion, Enrollment, (Non) Recipient of Scholarship, and etc.

Fee

Free : Online Printing
Pay : Walk-in Request, Automated Certificate Issuing Machine (ACIM), Post Office Minwon Service, Community Service Center Fax Service (Jeong Bu24)
Amount : 500 Won per one copy for Current/Enrolled Students and 1,000 Won for Graduated Students (Fee is subject to change without prior notice.)

STEP.02 Online Transcripts & Certificates Confirm Plug-in Program Auto. Instal.
STEP.03 Agreement with Personal Info. Use Update Contact Info.
STEP.04 Online Printing

STEP.02 Online Transcripts & Certificates Confirm Plug-in Program Auto. Instal.

STEP.04 Mailing Request
STEP.05 Payment (Credit Card, Mobile Phone, Wire Transfer)
Processing Period : From the day after confirmation of payment, Domestic : 2 working days (Jeju Island may take more time depending on the weather.), Overseas (EMS Premium) : 3 ~ 5 working days to America.
Mail will be picked up approximately 11 am on the next working day.
For confirmation of the receipt of the mailing request, please call the University Service Center at +822+2123-3200 during the office hours from 9 am to 5:20 pm on the working days.
For expected overseas mail arrival date inquiry, please call UPS Seoul office at +822+1588-5027 with zip code.
