- Tours are not available on weekends, public holidays, exam periods, or other special occasions.
- Tours are not available during these periods below:
- March 3 (Mon): Korean holiday
- April 15 (Tue) - 28 (Mon): Mid-term Exams
- May 5 (Mon) - 6 (Tues): Korean holiday
- May 21 (Wed) - 23 (Fri): Muak Festival and Akaraka
- June 6 (Fri): Korean holiday
- June 10 (Tue) - 23 (Mon): Final Exams
- August 11 (Mon) - 15 (Fri): Student Ambassadors' holiday
- August 15 (Fri): National Liberation Day of Korea (Korean holiday)
- August 20 (Wed): Student Ambassadors' schedule
- August 29 (Fri): Commencement Ceremonies

- If the selected tour date is later designated as a public holiday (e.g., election day, substitute holiday) or if a school event (e.g., an entrance exam) arises, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- Applications can only be submitted online(https://www.yonsei.ac.kr/en_sc/1826/subview.do) and must be completed at least 14 days before the tour date. No official documents are required.

※외국어 투어는 하나의 단체를 위해 홍보대사가 따로 배정되어 진행하는 프라이빗 투어입니다. 투어 취소 또는 당일 취소 시, 늦어도 투어 시작 3시간 전까지 반드시 담당 홍보대사에게 연락해주시기 바랍니다.
※Our English campus tours are private, small-group tours led by a designated student ambassador.
If you have registered for a private tour, please make sure to notify your assigned student ambassador at least 3 hours in advance in the event of cancellation, including same-day cancellations.
