Most events for foreign students studying at Yonsei University are organized by the Office of International Affairs and notified via the e-mail address registered on the portal. At the beginning of each semester, the student body and the club society hold an event to introduce each club of Yonsei University for inviting newcomers. To join a club, you should directly inquire with the club or apply for consultation when the club is recruiting new members. - I want to get a part-time job. Where can I get some information?
A foreign student can work part-time up to 25 hours per week and should fill out an application form, get the signature of the person in charge at the Office of International Affairs, and submit the form to the immigration office. (To download the application form, go to Yonsei University > Academic Affairs > Download Forms) - I have an issue with my dormitory roommate so I want to change my room. What should I do?
Concerning all the issues that occur in the dormitory, you should apply for consultation with the Residential Master. A decision will be made after thorough discussion. Please apply for consultation with the RM first. - I paid the bill for getting a flu shot at a hospital. How can I claim it from the insurance company?
If you have bought insurance, you get back a certain amount of the money you paid to the hospital according to the clauses after you submit the receipt and medical certificate to the insurance company. For detailed information, check your insurance contract. - I want to go to the hospital. Is there a hospital near the campus?
Close hospitals to the International Campus are Nasaret International Hospital, Gachon University Gil Medical Center, and Inha University Hospital. We recommend you visit the healthcare center at Wisdom Hall in the International Campus and get advice on visiting a hospital.
