# Opportunities to Visit - Master's Program
Carnegie Mellon provides options for people to learn about the university and our offerings. You can read about them and sign up for events online at:<https://www.cmu.edu/visit/>
While we love visitors in the School of Design, we do not encourage drop-in visits—even for regularly scheduled campus tours. Our staff and faculty maintain full calendars. Therefore it's far more likely that we can answer your questions fully if you email the [Graduate Program Coordinator](mailto:dfrost@andrew.cmu.edu). With advanced notice we can confirm availability and coordinate a classroom visit, if our schedules permit.
We also invite you to join us for a virtual visit. A virtual visit to the School of Design is a great opportunity to meet members of our community and talk to current students, which can help you determine whether the program is a good fit for your academic and career goals.
Virtual visiting sessions for the Master's programs will resume on March 18 at 12 pm - 1 pm. This information session is reserved only for students accepted to fall 2026.
AND
March 25 at 9 am - 10 am. This is a full information session for all future prospective graduate applicants.
Please complete this form prior to a session to receive a zoom link.
We invite prospective doctoral students to contact the [Graduate Program Coordinator](mailto:dfrost@andrew.cmu.edu) to inquire about the availability of attending a virtual information session with the Director of the PhD in Transition Design, [Jonathan Chapman](https://design.cmu.edu/profiles/jonathan-chapman "Jonathan Chapman").
