SWEET PLANTAIN
Location: Resnik House, Tartans Pavilion, Tahini space
This Cuban-inspired menu features bold, traditional flavors. Enjoy Ropa Vieja, tender shredded beef in a rich tomato sauce, or Fricase de Pollo, creamy chicken stew—both served with yellow rice, black beans, and sweet plantains. The Picadillo a la Habanera blends ground beef, potatoes, raisins, olives, and capers for a savory-sweet delight, while the Vegetarian Bowl offers yuca, plantains, and Cuban staples. The Cubano-Style Sandwich combines turkey bacon, avocado, pickles, and zesty condiments in a crispy press. Sides include tangy Yuca con Mojo, sweet Platano Maduro Frito, and flavorful Arroz Amarillo con Frijoles.
