# THE EXCHANGE

The Exchange has been a campus favorite for over 20 years, offering homemade entrées, soups, and pasta. We also serve a variety of specialty and custom sandwiches, including our student favorite The Leonardo. Want to skip the wait? Head to our build-your-own salad bar or Cafe for a coffee and grab and go option.

We proudly source local ingredients from BreadWorks, Turner’s Dairy Farm, La Prima Coffee, and area farms to bring quality and freshness to every meal.
