Human Resources Development at TU Berlin aims to support employees in continuously developing their professional and personal competencies and opening up new career perspectives. Specific support, training, onboarding, and health promotion will give employees confidence in their tasks and enable them to contribute their full potential right from the start. In addition, human resources development promotes constructive and appreciative collaboration among all employees as well as healthy working conditions that strengthen satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being. The human resources development services are accompanied by a wide range of continuing education programs.

Since July 2023, TU Berlin has been awarded the “HR Excellence in Research” seal by the European Commission. As part of this, the university implements the criteria for continuous improvement of human resources development and working conditions within the framework of the European initiative “Human Resources Strategy for Researchers” (HRS4R) at TU Berlin.
