Technische Universität Berlin is committed to the principle of being an open and international institution - a principle also pursued by the University’s researchers in their work. The University maintains an EU Office on its campus as well as a temporary office in Brussels to provide its researchers with up-to-date, quality information concerning the key focuses of EU research funding.

The purpose of the EU Office is to advise researchers at Technische Universität Berlin on all issues relating to EU-funded research projects. This includes providing general information about funding programs, intensive support during the application process as well as project administration. The EU Office in Brussels works proactively to identify stakeholder networks and events beneficial to the strategic activities and specific research plans of the University’s academic chairs.
