How to Apply

Write a 500–700-word essay on one of the following topics:

  1. Making Gluten-Free Life Easier: Practical innovations that reduce accidental gluten exposure in everyday settings (restaurants, schools, workplaces, or travel).
  2. From Lab to Table: How enzyme science (such as prolyl endopeptidases like Tolerase® G) could support people who avoid gluten, and the ethical questions this raises.
  3. Food Label Clarity: Your proposed blueprint for clearer allergen and cross-contamination labelling across the EU, UK, and U.S.
  4. Inclusive Eating: A personal story or research-backed plan for making dining more inclusive for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
