This housing type is suitable for you if you want to live with your partner in your own flat.

The housing comes with a closet, but is otherwise unfurnished.

You need to get provide your own kitchen equipment, such as pots, plates and cutlery.

## Appliances

The housing comes with a stove and refrigerator. A few flats have a dishwasher installed, but most do not.

Where a dishwasher is not included, and it is not possible to install one either.

You have your own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Tenants must provide their own router or network cable to connect to the internet.

When renting student housing through SiO, the Tenancy Act §11-2 on student housing applies. This means you have fewer rights as a tenant, compared to renting other types of housing.
