Invoices

SiO uses electronic receipt and processing of invoices, and wants suppliers to send invoices electronically.The invoice must be addressed to the correct legal entity and contain the correct reference number that meets the Bookkeeping Act's requirements for content/information.

Electronic invoiceInvoices to the Students' Association SiO must be submitted via EHF. SiO is ELMA-registered and uses organisation number: 948 554 062.Invoices for SiO Mat og Drikke AS must be submitted via EHF. Invoice in pdfIn a transitional phase, an invoice to Student Union SiO can be sent as a PDF by email to [fakturamottak.sio@sio.no](mailto:fakturamottak.sio@sio.no) and an invoice to SiO Mat og Drikke AS to [fakturamottak.smd@sio.no](mailto:fakturamottak.smd@sio.no).

Apply SiO reference on invoiceIn SiO we have automatic invoice flow receipt to the right recipient in SiO. The invoice must contain the correct numerical SiO reference in the "buyer's reference" field on the invoice so that it reaches the recipient.The reference must only consist of the numerical reference/number. This means that the name of the orderer, contact person or department name should not appear in the reference field. Invoices received by post, or which do not contain an SiO reference, will be returned.
