I am educated in Organizational Psychology HR and Management, with a background in recruitment and the staffing industry. I have expertise in areas such as group dynamics, HR management, conflict resolution, coaching, and negotiations. I look forward to being a support for students affiliated with SiO associations.

I have a background in history and media science from NTNU. During my study years, I engaged in both student volunteering and student democracy, holding several positions through this involvement. I have worked as a communication advisor and political advisor, gaining experience in building networks, streamlining board work, and training leaders.
