Pasta sauce with baked peppers

For 2 persons

Cut the tomatoes and onions into boats. Divide peppers in  2, remove seeds and stem.Remove the peel of the garlic and remove the seeds and stem from the chili.Put all the vegetables, olive oil, salt and pepper in an oven pan and mix well.Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the tomatoes have completely collapsed andthe peppers have begun to turn black in the peel.Mix everything together to a smooth sauce in a blender or with a hand mixer.Season with salt, pepper and possibly more olive oil.Serve with pasta or as a sauce for fish, VegMe or meat.Feel free to make a larger portion and freeze in smaller boxes,then you have fast food in the freezer!Tips! If you have tomatoes that are starting to get bad, freeze themand use them in the sauce.

French toast with bacon og maple sirup

For 2 persons

Fry the bacon slices. Mix milk and eggs, and season with nutmeg. Dip one slice of bread at a time into the mixture. Fry the slices in a frying pan with a little butter until they turn golden on both sides.

Top the slices with bacon and maple syrup. Enjoy!

Chili con carne

For 2 persons

Fry the minced meat, and mix in the kidney beans, onions, garlic, peppers, cocoa and spices. Pour in water, coffee and crushed tomato. Let the pot simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt just before serving.

Served with sour cream and tortilla chips.

Tip! Replace all the minced meat with beans or half with kidney beans

Homemade mayonnaise with flavors of herbs, garlic and wasabi

Put eggs and rapeseed oil in a container with a flat bottom. Whisk everything. Check the movie for steps. When the mayonnaise is done, season with what you like of herbs, wasabi and garlic.

Tip to remove the peel of a ginger
