The University of Oslo is introducing the app Goin' to all new international students. Connect with fellow students and join your future classmates on Goin'!
You can use Goin' to connect with other international students at UiO and expand your network ahead of your arrival. Join themed groups that match your interests, create your own group, and find others who share your passions. Start building your community today!

How can you get Goin'?
If you have been admitted to The University of Oslo as an international master's or exchange student, you will receive an email with the registration link for the app. Please check your email for a link to get access to the exclusive Goin' student community for UiO.

Because using this app is optional, Goin’ requires your consent to process your personal data. Goin’ needs to process certain personal data (name, email) to create a profile. Any other additional information you want to share is optional. Choosing not to do so will not prevent you from using the app. One-on-one conversations will not be monitored. Group conversations will be moderated by Goin’ employees to prevent inappropriate use of the app or if a student raises a concern. UiO has no access to student or account data in the Goin’ app. We do receive certain aggregated information about the use of the app, for example how many students from a certain country have created an account and information about popular discussion topics. You are welcome to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Goin'.
