| STEP2 | Documents Screening | October ~ November (Spring semester)  April ~ May (Fall semester) |
| STEP3 | Admission Result Announcement | Mid-December (Spring semester)  Mid-June (Fall semester) |
| STEP4 | Scholarship Award Announcement | End of December (Spring semester)  End of June (Fall semester) |
| STEP5 | Tuition Payment (Enrollment) | Early January (Spring semester)  Early July (Fall semester) |
| STEP6 | Issuance of Certificate of Admission (CoA) | Last week of January after the enrollment (Spring semester)  Last week of July after the enrollment (Fall semester)  \*\* Step 1 to Step 5 should be completed for COA. |
| STEP7 | Application for Visa Issuance | Mid-January ~ February (Spring semester)  Mid-July ~ August (Fall semester)  \*\* Students should apply for a student visa by themselves. |
