Bosung College is founded by Chungsukgong Lee Yong-ik.\
Despite the initial plan to establish five departments (Law, Plutology, Agriculture, Commerce, and Engineering) and Foreign Language Studies Program, only two 2-year programs are launched initially: the Professional Department of Law and the Professional Department of Plutology.\
Shin Hae-yeong is inaugurated as the first president. The buildings of the National Russian Language School (俄語學校) in Bak-dong becomes Bosung’s first campus.

The 1st Anniversary Ceremony is held.

At least 200 buildings in Bak-dong are purchased from Kim Gyo-Heon and incorporated into Bosung College to expand the campus.

Cho Sung-gu and Yoon Ik-sun are inaugurated as the first chairman and vice-chairman, respectively, of the Bosung Society at its first general assembly.

The school buildings in Bak-dong are demolished and replaced by new structures.

Bosung College is renamed as Bosung Law and Commerce College and starts to operate only two three-year programs – the Department of Law and the Department of Commerce – as the Regulations on Colleges of the Japanese Government General enters into force.
