# Get your University IT account sign in details

You need to set up your University IT account sign in details.

You will be able to use your sign in details to access:

- University email address
- wifi services
- software
- shared computers and printers

This service is for new staff and students.

If you have had a University IT account before, as a student or staff member, [reset your password](https://password.raven.cam.ac.uk/forgotten-passwd).

#### Before you start

You'll need:

- your CRSid
- a temporary registration code, if you're a member of staff
- an admissions number, if you're a student
