Is free will really free—or does your brain steer your decisions without you realising it? How do neurotransmitters such as dopamine affect your motivation and happiness? What can brain scans tell us about addiction, depression, or ADHD—and what can't they tell us? Why is pulling an all-nighter before an exam a bad idea? In the Dutch Bachelor’s programme in Psychobiology, you’ll learn to answer such questions through theory and hands-on research.
