Peaceful demonstration at Roeterseiland

Today, UvA staff are organising a demonstration on the Roeterseiland Campus to draw attention to the conflict in Gaza.

The organisers have stated that the demonstration will be peaceful and within the bounds of the house rules (without barricades or face coverings). They also indicated that they will leave when the UvA buildings close. The demonstration is taking place in consultation with the board, and the board wishes to express its appreciation for this.
