On 13 October 2025, the time has finally come. The long-awaited new Humboldt Master of Laws programme officially kicked off the 2025/26 winter semester with a welcome event. The HU LL.M. team is delighted to welcome a total of 16 highly motivated international students to Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, who will now immerse themselves in German and European law during the winter semester before delving into one of three specialisation tracks (Justice & Security, Innovation & Transformation or Law & Society) in the summer semester of 2026.

Professors Philipp Dann, Axel Metzger, Anna-Bettina Kaiser, Florian Jeßberger, Thomas Wischmeyer and Mahya Hosseini, LL.M. (KCL), Maîtrise (Paris 2) are all beginning the teaching of the winter semester with great enthusiasm.

Annelin Starke, Marta Cicuto and Laura Konrad are responsible for the administrative aspects of the programme.

The HU LL.M. team wishes its students a good start in the academic year.
