# Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin - Faculty of Life Sciences

How does the brain work? How does it control the way we think, learn, and remember? What constitutes both biological and artificial intelligence? How should intelligent technology be developed? These are the questions the scientists at the Faculty of Life Sciences are asking themselves. Together with their cooperation partners, they have developed Berlin into an internationally recognized location for cutting-edge neuroscientific research in recent years.
