#### Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations received **no later than 14 days** **before** the start date of the workshop will be issued a refund minus a **25%** administrative fee.

If a cancellation or refund becomes necessary, please submit a [Cancellation or Refund Request](https://agrilife.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bdRN4me65a4FXlI). Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process.

The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the minimum number of attendees is not reached. A **full refund** will be given if the workshop is canceled by the organizer for this reason.
