Aggieland Saturday

You’re invited to join us for Texas A&M’s biggest open house of the year at AggielandSaturday! Bring your family for a fun-filled day on the Texas A&M campus where you can meet current students, tour dorms, explore campus amenities and resources, and experience the Spirit of Aggieland. This campus-wide open house has programs that appeal to all participants, including students, parents, and even former Aggies who want to see what Aggieland looks like today.

Aggieland Saturday is completely free for anyone who wants to attend and does not require any registration, although we recommend registering for any sessions and campus tours that you want to attend prior to arriving on campus. As we do not have any registration or check-in requirement, we recommend looking at the schedule posted online and planning your day prior to arriving in College Station. Once you arrive on campus, you are free to attend any session or visit any part of campus that interests you!

Sessions where you can learn more about our academics, the admission process, and financial aid and scholarship opportunities will be open and available throughout the day for students and families. Times and locations for both campus tours and sessions will be posted online, and counselors and advisors will be available after each session if you have questions or are interested in learning more. We are excited to welcome you to Aggieland and invite you to experience the Spirit of Aggieland in a whole new way! For more information about Aggieland Saturday, please contact our Appelt Visitor Center.

Discover Aggieland

L.E.A.D. Summit

L.E.A.D. Summit at Texas A&M University is our premiere program for admitted students that allows one student and one parent to get a firsthand look at life as an Aggie! During their time on campus, participants will have a chance to engage with faculty and staff from their academic programs to get a more detailed look at their degree path and ask questions. They will also hear from a variety of student services and leaders, explore campus resources, and get a closer look at some of the amazing student organizations we have here on campus!

Not only does L.E.A.D. Summit give students a way to meet some of their classmates before the school year begins, but it also connects them with Aggies a few steps ahead of them! L.E.A.D. Summit will give families an opportunity to meet with our Peer Recruiters, current students whose wide range of experiences and involvement make them a wonderful resource to incoming students. Our Peer Recruiters are present throughout the entire Summit, engaging with families and answering any questions that they may have, and are excited to meet the next generation of Aggies!

Depending on the region you are coming from, you will take part in either a one-day or an overnight L.E.A.D. Summit experience. Our staff across the United States collaborate to provide relevant information on travel and stay, ensure safety for our participants, and connect families with the right contacts! More details on transportation and lodging, if applicable, will be available when you register.

If you are interested in attending, please contact your local A&M advisors for more information on how to register. We are excited to welcome our next class of Aggies onto campus and hope that you will consider joining us for a sneak peek at life in Aggieland!
