There are many ways to support Aggie ACHIEVE. Whether you want to volunteer as an ACHIEVEMate to help students thrive on campus or provide philanthropic support to strengthen our program, your involvement makes a meaningful difference in the lives of Aggie ACHIEVE students.
ACHIEVEMates
Aggie ACHIEVE students receive support not only from ACHIEVE staff and Texas A&M University, but also from dedicated Texas A&M students who volunteer as ACHIEVEMates. ACHIEVEMates are undergraduate and graduate students from various disciplines who form one-on-one relationships with Aggie ACHIEVE students to promote natural inclusion within the campus community.
Roles and responsibilities may include:
- Lunch or dinner partners
- Academic tutors
- Wellness partners
- Daily planners
Serving as an Aggie ACHIEVEMate offers leadership opportunities for Texas A&M students to gain valuable experience in supporting integration into college life and helping ACHIEVERS succeed in their individualized program plans. Additionally, Aggie ACHIEVE students can join existing teams and student organizations, such as Best Buddies and Aggies on the Spectrum, to expand their social networks on campus.

Aggie ACHIEVE is operated solely on private philanthropy and student fees. Private funding is needed to support the organizational and programmatic structure.
