Instead, please contact recordsadmin@tamu.edu and explain you cannot create a Myhub account due to residing outside the United States. A member of our team will be in touch with specific ordering information.
No Match - First Attempt
-
If the student provides information which does not match a record in the National Student Clearinghouse database, they will see an error message requesting they revise their signup information.
-
Note: Students who attended Texas A&M University prior to fall 1985 or the College of Dentistry prior to fall 2009, should temporarily stop here and contact the Office of the Registrar’s Records Administration and Archives atrecordsadmin@tamu.edufor assistance.
No Match Found - Second Attempt
- If a second attempt at providing information still does not match a record in the Clearinghouse database, the student will receive an error indicating their account has been locked for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, the student can make two final attempts to create their account and access Myhub. If the student continues to provide information which does not match a record in the database, the student’s record will be locked.
- Only the National Student Clearinghouse will be able to unlock the student’s record. Students will initially need to contact the National Student Clearinghouse through their Contact Us form so they can investigate and provide assistance.
- If working with the National Student Clearinghouse to unlock the student’s record and create a Myhub account is unsuccessful and the student is referred back to Texas A&M University, the student should contact recordsadmin@tamu.edu and explain the issue experienced while trying to create the account and provide their full name (while in attendance and if that name has changed), dates of attendance, degree earned or pursued, date of graduation, and any reference information from correspondence with the National Student Clearinghouse. A member of our team will be in touch with specific ordering information.
Multiple Matches Found
- Students will receive similar error messages and attempts to provide revised information if it does not identify a unique student’s record in the database.
