Texas Tuition Promise Fund
- Please visit the Texas Tuition Promise Fund website to authorize TTPF to pay Texas A&M University for the semester.
- TTPF must be authorized EVERY SEMESTER on the TTPF website, even if your child is enrolled in the same school.
- The account Purchaser MUST authorize payment to an in-state Texas public college, university, or community college by completing the Benefit Payment Authorization Form. The Purchaser can authorize redemption of available tuition units by any of the following methods:
- Complete the online form in your online account access's "Benefits Information" section.
- Print, complete, and submit the Benefit Payment Authorization Form, which can be found under the Forms & Literature section. The Benefit Payment Authorization Form must be submitted to the Texas Tuition Promise Fund for authorization.
Texas A&M University receives one weekly authorization report from TTPF on the Monday of each week; posting of conditional credit takes place when a report is received, so please anticipate benefits to be posted up to one week after your authorization has been created.
- An estimated conditional credit will be posted for student-activated accounts before the first day of class. Texas A&M University receives a daily authorization report from TTPF and the posting of the conditional credit takes place no more than 2 business days after the report is received. Please anticipate benefits to be posted 3 business days after your authorization has been created.
- Students will be responsible for any charges not covered by TTPF.

The conditional credit does not signify payment.

A Non-Resident Tuition Waiver will be applied to student accounts for semesters in which TTPF benefits are used.
- Texas A&M University will invoice TTPF for eligible charges for the semester after the 20th class day.
- Once payment is received from TTPF, adjustments may be made according to the benefits available.

- Graduate Tuition and Fees
- Course-related Educational Enhancement, Equipment Access. Lab and/or Field Trip Fees
- Optional Fees (housing, meal plans, parking, etc.)
- General Deposits for new, transfer, and re-admitted students or ones without one on file
- International Student Admin Fee of $200-$500 per semester charged to third-party sponsored students
- International Student Services of $46 per semester
- International Student Insurance
- Orientation Fees
- A Non-Resident Tuition waiver will only be applied to semesters in which TTPF is being used.
- If the student wishes to change their Residency status, please visit the Registrar’s website for further information.
