Professional Summary

Anthony Baffoe-Bonnie is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University. His current research focuses on the efficiency and welfare of smallholder farmers. Specifically, he studies how innovations, intervention programs, and environmental conditions impact the efficiency and livelihood of smallholder farmers. In 2020, he received the Outstanding Young Professional award from the Committee on the Opportunities and Status of Blacks in Agricultural Economics (COSBAE), a section of the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA). Baffoe-Bonnie is currently serving as COSBAE Chair.
