# President's Achievement Scholarship

Texas A&M University’s competitive four-year Academic Scholarships are awarded by Scholarships & Financial Aid. These awards are available to incoming freshman admitted for the fall only\*. Our office will notify selected students of their scholarship offers in February of their high school senior year. Each scholarship includes a one-time $1000 scholarship to be used for a Texas A&M approved education abroad experience.\

### Century Scholars Program

- $5,000 per year for 4 years
- Must maintain a 2.75 overall GPR

### President's Achievement Scholarship

- $2,500 per year for 4 years
- Must maintain a 2.75 overall GPR

### Eligibility

- Graduate from a recruited Texas high school
- Academic achievement under difficult circumstances
- Co-curricular involvement
- Campus and community activities
- Leadership roles
- Employment
- Self-Reported Transcript Academic Record (STAR)

In order to provide scholarship opportunities to the greatest number of students, Texas A&M does not stack Academic Scholarships. If you qualify for more than one Academic Scholarship, our office with offer you the highest dollar-value scholarship only.\

### Duration

The President's Achievement Scholarship are four year awards. You must meet eligibility requirements each year to continue receiving your scholarship in future years.\

Apply using the [Common App](https://www.commonapp.org/) or [Apply Texas](https://www.applytexas.org/). You must complete the admission and scholarship portions to be considered.
