Program Summary
The science education major equips future middle and high school teachers with a deep understanding of science and the skills to teach it effectively. Students choose a primary content area — biology, chemistry, physics or earth and space science — while also completing courses in modern education theory and practice. Hands-on classroom experience and interdisciplinary science training ensure graduates are ready to thrive in today’s dynamic STEM classrooms.
