## Program Summary
Agronomy is the science behind feeding the world — studying crops, soil, weather and water to improve how we grow food, protect our environment and fuel the future. As an agronomy major at Purdue, explore cutting-edge plant and soil science while shaping your path through one of three concentrations. Pursue agronomic business and marketing to combine crop science with strengths in business, marketing and agronomy. Choose crop and soil management to apply basic agronomic information for practical solutions in crop management. Go global with international agronomy and build a strong foundation in science combined with international studies to support food security and sustainable development worldwide. Whichever path you choose, you’ll graduate ready to lead in one of our most critical industries.
