The 2023 cohort was chosen from an outstanding pool of applicants. Each member has committed to:

• meet regularly with my mentor (at least once per month) and over the course of the year.
• develop and submit a concept note on a particular research topic with advice from my mentor.
• actively participate in group meetings.
• participate in group trips to Washington, DC and an international travel destination.
