Cancelling your programme or course booking

Read our cancellation policy if you are unable to attend a programme or course.

Cancellation policy: short courses

Essential information on the University of Auckland’s withdrawal and refund policy for both online and in-person short courses is available on the University of Auckland’s ‘Terms and Conditions for Short Courses’ page.

Cancellation policy: customised programmes for organisations

Please refer to the customised programmes agreement signed between the university and your organisation.

Substitutions

Registered participants may be substituted at no extra charge. Please notify us in writing at least seven days prior to the course start date at exec@auckland.ac.nz.

We reserve the right to cancel any programme or course for any reason and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants. Programme or course fees are fully refundable when Executive and Professional Development cancel a programme or course.
