# About Graduate Search

## Information published on this website allows you to confirm the graduation of students at The University of Auckland from February 1996 to the most recent graduation.

Please note students not listed on this site may have fulfilled degree requirements but are absent for these reasons:

- Graduation usually occurs the year after studies.
- Some defer graduation or opt not to formally graduate.
- Name changes or spellings differed from the original graduation name.

To enquire about a person who has formally graduated from the University, but whose name is not listed, please contact [records@auckland.ac.nz](mailto:records@auckland.ac.nz).

\* Students who have completed certificate courses are not listed on this website.
