ELA is a signatory to the [Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice](https://www.nzqa.govt.nz/providers-partners/tertiary-and-international-learners-code/) and our agency partners are required to be familiar with and act in accordance with this Code.

The information provided in the form, together with your business profile and marketing plan, will assist us when considering your application.
