Learning design support
- TeachWell Consult\ The TeachWell Team at Ranga Auaha Ako provide advice on course and assessment design options through our TeachWell Consult Service.
- Project requests\ The TeachWell Team also offers planned and progressive support across a wide range of projects, from course ‘(re)alignment’ to full programme-level redesign.

Learning technology support
- Learning technology support\ Support is available for some learning technologies, either scheduled drop-ins or on request.
- Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) monthly forum\ All staff are invited to join the Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) monthly forum to discover what’s new and on the horizon.
- Hardware and software support\ For desktop software and hardware requests, please log a ticket with the Staff Service Centre. For urgent requests, please call ext. 86000 or +64 9 923 6000 (Mon – Fri, 7.30am – 6pm).
