- Previous participant reviews
The mindset approach towards leadership is really powerful and I am pleased I chose this course, over a more traditional leadership course. It has been thought-provoking on both my current personal style and provided techniques that I can adopt to improve my leadership. The course content and discussions always brought it back to current challenges within my role, which was very insightful and helpful.
Ellie Foulds, Fonterra
I found the course hugely valuable. It gave me a much broader and more inspiring view of what leadership is about. The course material was very interesting and I appreciated hearing from the thoughtfully chosen guest speakers.
Sally Wheeler, Ministry of Justice
The programme truly changed my mindset as to what leadership can be in a workplace but also in any other context. It has really improved my self-awareness as a leader, whilst facilitating my ability to ask better questions, take on more difficult issues, and connect more fully with purpose.
