Meet Airi, a dedicated student from Japan who recently completed both our General and Academic English courses here at ELA.

She began her journey with General English to strengthen her foundational skills, and then advanced to our Academic English programme — designed to prepare students for university-level study through academic writing, lecture listening, and critical thinking. Living and studying in New Zealand gave Airi a truly multicultural experience. She built international friendships, explored new cultures, and immersed herself in English both in and out of the classroom.
