Primary contact for the following master's programs: Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Computer Science and Engineering, NanoEngineering, Neurosciences, School of Arts & Humanities, School of Social Sciences. PhD degree matters for Chemical Engineering and NanoEngineering

- Final degree checks and conferral
- Academic exception petitions
- Advising on policy / process

Intercampus Exchange Program Coordinator

Primary contact for PhD committee constitution and advancement to candidacy

## Profile

Karen graduated from CSU San Marcos with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and went on to earn her Master of Arts in Education, Counseling and Guidance at Point Loma Nazarene University. She also holds a PPS Credential. Karen joins us from the K-12 sector where she ran a college and career center and is excited to start her journey working in Higher Ed.

## Fun Fact

Karen is a big Marvel fan and hopes to attend Comic-Con next summer.
