## Profile

Prior to joining the UCSD Division of Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs, MaKenna spent the past year specializing in large-scale event planning and possesses five years of experience in collegiate athletics. She received her Master’s degree in Sports Management from Azusa Pacific University and her Bachelor's in BioHealth Sciences from Oregon State University. She is eager to embark on her new journey with UC San Diego. Outside of work, MaKenna finds solace in reading, surfing, and playing volleyball.

## Fun Fact

MaKenna's ultimate goal is to compete on Survivor (aka win Survivor).
