# Net Price Calculator

The Financial Aid Net Price Calculator provides a financial aid estimate for **prospective full-time, undergraduate students**. By answering a few simple questions, the calculator will present you with an *estimate* of your full-time 2025–2026 cost of attendance and financial aid eligibility at UC San Diego.

When you complete the calculator online form, you are **not** applying for aid.

Have these documents or amounts ready before you use the calculator:

- The federal income tax returns filed by the student and the student's parent(s) from two years’ ago (For example: 2025-2026 estimator will use 2023 tax return information)
- The W-2 forms and/or pay stubs with year-to-date information for the student and parent(s) from two years’ ago (For example: 2025-2026 estimator will use 2023 tax information)
- Current value of assets

**Note:** The estimated values produced by the calculator are **not** the actual amounts students will be offered. All estimates are **subject to the availability of funding**. We encourage you to review the privacy policies prior to utilizing the calculator tool.

To begin the actual financial aid application process, complete a [FAFSA](https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa) or [California Dream Act Application](https://www.csac.ca.gov/undocumented-dreamer-students).
